God of War: Ragnarok

God of War: Ragnarok continues the story of Kratos and Atreus as they explore a world inspired by Norse mythology. Events take place in ancient Norway. The events are dedicated to the beginning of Ragnarok. According to legend, it should lead to the death of all the Scandinavian gods, thereby marking the end of the world. God of War: Ragnarok's gameplay remains faithful to the original, but many new mechanics, enemies, abilities, and locations have been introduced. The main emphasis is on the interaction of the main characters. The player controls Kratos and can give his son commands to perform powerful double attacks. The main character of God of War: Ragnarok himself still uses the magic Leviathan ax as his main weapon. The ax has the properties of a boomerang, so it can be thrown at the enemy. The main character has several types of attacks. By combining them, the hero performs various powerful or special attacks. You need to find your own individual approach to each opponent. There are bosses in the form of huge colossi. The heroes will have to overcome a harsh three-year winter called Fimbulwinter. During the adventure, the main characters will meet the jotun Angrboda and many other mythical gods. By defeating enemies, Kratos becomes stronger. You must use the collected experience to purchase upgrades. The level increases due to armor and equipment. You also need to buy abilities and attacks that will allow you to perform devastating combos. Kratos can block, roll, grab an enemy, and go into a rage. The levels contain metroidvania elements and verticality. There are elements of parkour.
