The city is open right away: the beaches, downtown, outskirts and airport are connected by roads, and between tasks you can do whatever you want. Business develops separately from the plot: establishments, profitable points and real estate, which bring money and reasons for showdowns. The vehicle fleet is diverse, and the theft of an expensive car significantly increases the interest of the patrols. Equipment can be stolen, so trips in cars, motorcycles and boats are common. At the same time, the hero can drive a helicopter and walk with a camera, and the controls are adapted for portable consoles, which feels unusual. The city lives by the clock: there are more police on the streets at night, and some cases open only after sunset. The police respond to shootouts and chases, and the level of wanted increases for any stupidity. The plot leads through betrayals and attempts to break out of a subordinate position, and side quests add character to the city. Radio stations and DJs still set the mood. Radio plays an important role here: music stations and DJ conversations complement the city atmosphere and give hints about what is happening in the city. Some tasks are related to his brother’s business, and they show how his empire was built. Anyone who remembers this part from the pocket console and wants to go through it again.
