Major League Baseball 2K12 provides gamers with the opportunity to try themselves in the American sports discipline of baseball. The game is the eleventh part of the series, where you can immerse yourself in a full-fledged simulator from the point of view of a player or team manager. Users will participate in leagues located throughout North America and compete in Major League Baseball. The main task will be to complete the single-player campaign and achieve first place in the championship. Players in Major League Baseball 2K12 will choose ready-made clubs to participate in or create their own. The game has a My Player mode that allows you to create each character from scratch. Users will be able to take the position of one of the athletes or manage all team members at once, moving forward and developing their own club. Playing on behalf of one main character, you will have to train and upgrade the hero, try to conclude contracts with prestigious companies and improve your reputation. As you move up the career ladder as a manager and coach, you will have to develop tactics and strategies before competitions to get around your opponent and find their weak points. It will be possible to improve the statistics and a number of characteristics of each baseball player after training or matches, increasing the overall effectiveness of the team. The manager will also have to make deals, recruit new players and keep an eye on the financial side of the job.
