Description
Boyd Travers in Medal of Honor: Airborne is a simple American Army private who becomes the protagonist of Medal of Honor: Airborne, a first-person shooter game involving two countries in World War II - America and Nazi Germany. We have to go through 7 missions, the first of which is shooting and movement training. The commander of our division, while still on the plane, talks about the atrocities of the Germans and what awaits the paratroopers of the 82nd division.
The difference between this part and the rest is the presence of large-scale missions, of which there are 6 in the game. The artificial intelligence of enemies and allies on the battlefield is a real modification. All heroes behave unpredictably: they can jump into cover, suddenly launch an assault, use different types of weapons, and not just wait for you to kill them. The more you shoot a certain type of weapon, the more your proficiency in using the corresponding weapon increases and you acquire a classification: from marksman to master.
A new damage system has also been developed. For example, if you were hit in the leg or lesson, the damage is not comparable to if you were hit in the torso or head (the head, most often, is instant death). Health restoration is carried out in the same way as in CoD 2. The character will recover after “rest”. Also, the landing came under special control, since our Boyd is a paratrooper. You can start the battle from anywhere on the map: you are always thrown out of the plane.
