Mortal Combat XL is a re-release of the famous fighting game Mortal Kombat X, including all the additions of new characters, battle locations and costumes. The storyline takes place twenty-five years after the previous part: the characters of the new era include, for example, Cassie Cage, Kotal Kahn, D'Vorah, Jacqueline Briggs and Tahakashi Takeda. But in other game modes you can take control of any other fighter in the Mortal Kombat universe. In addition, fans of guests from other worlds will enjoy the additionally presented heroes: Bo Rai Cho, the ruthless Alien, the fantastic Predator, and even the main villain of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Each game character has access to not only several unique combat techniques, but also a certain number of styles to choose from, which will allow gamers to choose the most convenient, effective and spectacular way to crush their opponents. As a result, fighting games have become more dynamic and unpredictable. The re-release has significantly redesigned the visual component. Reworking the graphics towards detail and realism allows you to watch battles almost like cinematic productions, which will be most noticeable when using the legendary finishing combinations “Brutality” and “Fatality”.
