Before starting a match in NHL 2005, as in other similar games, you are asked to choose a side, the team that the user represents, as well as the form in which he will play. Next, you can customize your opponents' skill level, camera angle, and duration of the period. After this, the system will immediately transfer users to the ice. Here, as in real sports, the key point will be face-offs. A team that manages to get the puck can impose its play and shoot at the opponent’s goal more often. At the same time, it is worth understanding that a lot depends on how well the performers of a particular team fight against strength. If the opposing hockey players are superior to the user's team in this aspect, it will be difficult for him to create dangerous situations in the opponent's half of the field. In addition to purely game elements, the management factor during the regular season will be important. So, if someone from the team gets injured, you need to find a replacement as quickly as possible and carry out a rotation. And if a player receives an offer to move to another club, he must decide whether to let him go and what that entails.
