Princess&Blade

The Princess and the Blade is set in a fantasy setting reminiscent of medieval Japan. Unlike the real world, in the fictional universe there is magic, and terrible creatures and monsters roam around. The kingdom is suffering a catastrophe due to the invasion of evil forces and the main character will have to arm herself with a special blade to resist the invaders. Before the events of the game, the princess enjoyed a busy life and did not deny herself anything. But everything changes when a magical blade falls straight from the sky. The princess was the only one who was able to get it out of the stone. In Princess&Blade, the gamer is required to complete simple one-level quests, which boil down to the banal clearing of locations from opponents. There are no dialogues or cinematic inserts in the story - most of the time the princess just fights. At the same time, the combat system is implemented at the highest level. There are more than 100 colorful combinations of attacks. The only types of weapons will be blades of different lengths and with different magical properties. Armor occupies a special place in the mechanics of battles. The armor class determines how flexible the character will behave. For example, heavy armor perfectly protects against any damage, but does not allow you to attack quickly and masterfully. Whereas light ones do not provide the ability to withstand blows, but provide access to instant evasions, allowing for complex attacks, attacks from the rear and from the flank.
