Pro Evolution Soccer 4 is the sequel and the fourth installment of the football simulation series in which users will experience improved gameplay and graphical elements. The sequel adds 138 teams that you can play for in leagues or compete in local competitions. If a user in World Soccer: Winning Eleven 8 International wins a place in the Master League, then the characters will be upgraded and will be able to increase their characteristics and skills. Gamers will also be able to choose among 200 clubs and national teams, consisting of different players from the selected country. During matches, the referee moves around the field with the players, announces fouls and may issue a yellow or red card, which forces the athlete to leave the game.
