Description

Sun Haven combines a role-playing game and a farming simulator: on the one hand, garden beds, livestock and seasonal work, on the other - battles, dungeons and leveling up. The camera is located on top, the graphics are pixelated, and the events take place in a world where magic and not-so-friendly creatures live next to an ordinary village. Everything begins as usual: a piece of land, tools, the first harvest. But it gradually becomes clear that farming is only half the battle: monsters roam the roads, and opponents await in the dungeons, requiring weapons and skills. During the day you can dig beds, and in the evening you can go down to collect the spoils. In addition to the main work, there are relationships with residents: each has their own character, and communication opens up both scenes and practical benefits - tips, goods, help. The world is divided into several regions with their own culture and their own tasks. It is also worth noting that each region has its own customs and resources, so moving or a long journey changes not only the situation, but also the available activities. In addition to the farm, the hero develops relationships with residents, and some of them help in battle or supply rare goods. You can play slowly: the seasons run their course, and the time of day affects who you meet and what you find. Thanks to the cooperative, up to eight people can run the household together, sharing responsibilities and going down into the dungeons together. You can play alone or in co-op with up to eight people, and farming together is noticeably more fun. Sun Haven is an option for those who like a quiet arrangement, but don’t mind sometimes taking a sword and dealing with what has crawled out of the ground.
