The Surge

In The Surge we will fight robots in factories, large littered streets and iron dumps. The hero always has a chainsaw in his hands - this is the main weapon of the exoskeleton. The plot of the third-person role-playing shooter immerses us in a world where large organizations are trying to make robots a full-fledged replacement for people, and ordinary workers do not know what to do. The character begins his adventure based on the global situation in the world. Almost all of the Earth's resources have been depleted. Humanity is on the verge of extinction. At the helm are those who do not care at all about ordinary people, so they send robots to genocide the ordinary, civilian population. Our hero puts on a simple exoskeleton and goes to fight with other people in the same uniform or robots. The gameplay is based on the principle of Dark Souls. There won't be many enemies, but the cost of one mistake is too high. One death - you move to the last saved location. And, of course, there will be a minimum number of save points. The game is made with several game levels, where we independently tell the story. Progress along the storyline is required, but a lot depends on our equipment. Hint: to get a new piece of armor or weapon, we need to cut off part of the enemy's body and use the find correctly. Gradually we approach the first boss, which perfectly shows us that we spent skill points incorrectly in The Surge, spent our health crookedly, and in general, everyone we killed should carry a “rare” class weapon with us. This is a bug of the game - the first boss is the most difficult. Traveling through the world of robots and people in exoskeletons is incredibly difficult, but interesting from a gameplay point of view: you can make mistakes a limited number of times.
