TUNIC - the little fox wakes up on the shore without a weapon and without explanation. Ahead are ruins, strange mechanisms and clues written in a language that you have to decipher from the pictures in the instructions found in the first minutes. The world looks like a toy: isometric, bright colors, neat houses. Behind this cuteness lies a full-fledged Metroidvania - new items open access to old places, and the map gradually consists of dozens of connected rooms. The main secret of the game is that it doesn't talk about itself directly. There are hidden commands, passwords, additional endings and a whole system of riddles that the player collects himself by communicating with others. The instruction pages are collected around the world and serve as a hint map. Energy is spent running and hitting, but is restored on the spot. Skill cards are purchased from altars. Bosses require you to learn the moves and not be greedy. Enemies are divided by type and weapons. Saves at the little fox statues. The language of the game is invented, the words are not translated. Some doors open only after defeating the boss. The hook helps you reach the ledges. The shield protects from arrows, but not from an ax. The secret ending is searched for using clues from the Internet. Bells mark shelters. Bosses can heal if you give them time. The weather hardly changes. The map can be opened at any time. Secret hats open new doors. The little fox can swim. The pits hide traps. Weapons can be upgraded using coins. For those who grew up on adventures with riddles and don't mind getting out the notebook, this project will provide both fun and work for the head.
