Urban Strife

Urban Strife takes you to the post-apocalypse and works in the spirit of old-school turn-based tactics. The hero lives in a dangerous environment where everyone thinks only about their own benefit. There are not enough resources, there are no jobs, and most kill and rob in order to survive. By joining one of several factions, the player automatically becomes an enemy of the other factions. Road traps cost lives to the unwary. Water is needed more than money, and it is protected. After choosing a side, you have to take orders for a reward and just like that, raising the reputation and trust of people. Forays for food and materials are replaced by a return to base. Found resources are turned into weapons and useful consumables. Equipment gradually wears out and requires repair, and people need food and new opportunities that only the protagonist can obtain. Weapons are repaired in the workshop at the base. The battles take place in a turn-based style. The storyline develops as you progress through the main quests, and there are plenty of choices: they affect the outcome of the entire story. It all starts with waking up after amnesia. The hero is told that he was half dead, but good people helped him get out. Mutants and dogs prowl the outskirts. Having found his feet, the character becomes the leader of a remote urban shelter in the southern United States and begins to help people. You can negotiate with other organizations and create alliances. Any action reverberates in the future. Each cartridge is counted against each other. For players who like dark tactics with choices, this game is suitable.
