VA-11 Hall-A: Cyberpunk Bartender Action is an adventure bartender simulator in the setting of a dystopian future, where humanity is under the control of huge corporations that dictate the rules of life, and nanorobots that control every area of ​​human activity and the implementation of laws and regulations adopted by the new world government. Stylistically, this project refers to Japanese games of the last century. The gameplay consists of communicating with bar visitors and providing them with quality service in order to build warm, friendly relationships with them. The gamer will feel like he is in the body of a bartender in one of the establishments of a dark city filled with neon signs - Glitch. By meeting new visitors and getting to know them better, the player gradually advances a non-linear plot depending on his actions. Since there are no dialogue options, the narrative is influenced by the preparation of various alcoholic drinks by mixing ingredients in colorful glasses filled with ice. Masterfully controlling the shaker, the main character turns the fates of visitors upside down and pushes them to make the right decisions. But poor service and a disgustingly prepared cocktail will lead to upset of the client, which can lead to disastrous consequences. In addition to work, the main character visits various locations where you can buy games for your computer, explore the local world and enjoy background music and pleasant graphics, made in dark colors, ideally conveying the atmosphere surrounding the characters.
