Blitzkrieg Anthology

Blitzkrieg Anthology is a real-time strategy game featuring the most comprehensive collection of real-life battle scenarios that took place during World War II. The gamer is given the opportunity to feel like a great commander of those years, sending his soldiers and equipment into difficult battles, as well as coming up with various tactical moves to gain even the slightest advantage over the enemy. Single-player mode includes three campaigns: for the Soviet Union, Germany and the troops of the USSR allies. The scenarios cover all 6 years of the Second World War, which adds variety, because the equipment of the armies changed over time. To add additional content, the developers have implemented a built-in map editor that allows you to create your own theaters of combat. The player has access to a huge database of real types of equipment (more than 200 types), infantrymen (about 40), 350 buildings and defensive objects that perform various functions. For each individual unit there is a skill tree that allows you to develop the necessary aspects to obtain a more effective unit. Experience gained in battles is carried over within one campaign. Added the ability to dig ditches, lay mines, and request air and ground support. All of these mechanics must be used wisely to achieve ultimate victory. Selecting the AI ​​difficulty level allows you to adjust the resistance depending on the player's varying degrees of preparedness.
