Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2

Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 is a real-time strategy game set in a parallel world in the 1970s and 1980s. This world is based on laws created by Albert Einstein. The story of Red Alert 2 directly continues the story of the Allies from the previous game. At the center of the conflict are the Soviet Union and the Alliance. Combat units and buildings have not changed much since the first part, however, some equipment was renamed, for example, the Mammoth tank became known as the Apocalypse. The buildings were divided into production and scientific-defense, and the units were divided into infantry and armored units. Many military battles have appeared in the city, where the opportunity to capture houses for strategic maneuvers is available. The main theme of the game is the Cold War, gradually developing into the Third World War. The plot begins with the fact that Stalin dies and the Soviets put Alexander Romanov at the head of the country, whom they want to use as a puppet. However, he seeks revenge on the States. The game features 2 campaigns: Soviet and Union. Each story is represented by 12 missions. Missions revolve around destroying an enemy base, but some, such as Red Revolution, Dark Night and The Fox and the Hound, offer unconventional gameplay scenarios. The Soviet script contains a plot that developed into the expansion "Yuri's Revenge". In addition to the campaign, Skirmish mode is available in Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2. There are 9 countries to choose from. The Western bloc is represented by the USA, Great Britain, Germany, South Korea and France, and the socialist side allows fighting for Cuba, Iraq, Libya and Russia. Each faction has unique types of troops and technologies.
