Cry of Fear

The horror addon Cry of Fear was created for the first Half-Life game. There are quite a lot of references to Silent Hill here: the similarity of several locations and a couple of monsters. Here, fear constantly keeps you in suspense, and the accidental discovery of any weapon or ammunition is considered luck. There are 5 endings in total, which will be formed according to the player’s choice. A simple guy named Simon returns home. It's dark outside and he's wearing a hood. He then gets on the subway, where he dozes for a few stops and gets off on his own. Suddenly the hero notices a strange man who was literally crawling on the ground. As he approaches to help, the character is blinded by the headlights of a car speeding towards him. The user is shrouded in darkness, and in his hands is a camera, clicking which, you can see part of the inscriptions in front. Crosses, bloody inscriptions, hanging corpses and the terrible face of a monster... The hero falls to the ground from fainting and comes to his senses in a narrow street. A knife in his hands and a phone with a flashlight should help him at first in a battle with the enemy. The main character heads to a strange city with small streets, large gloomy houses and bicycles in every yard. In one of these buildings, the boy will be locked and face his fears. The enemies living in this city are half people, half animals. Among them in the Scream of Terror there are creatures like dogs with hammers, there are even ones with a long, like a frog, tongue that can kill. There are girls from the bell in white coats, in whose company you just want to commit suicide. Most enemies can simply fight, but there are also some that shoot and even throw things. In the process, the character will be added a shotgun, a sniper, a pistol and an M-16, but the ammunition is limited. There will also be your own inventory with a small number of slots. Here it is important to pick up everything you need, for example, keys, first aid kits with morphine. The game also has bosses waiting for their prey - those that wield a chainsaw or those that you yourself need to dismember in order to find the key. Along the way, you will often have to go through similar quests in search of items.
