Divinity 2: Developer's Cut

Divinity 2: Developer's Cut is a 3D action/RPG with a third-person perspective. This is a direct continuation of the two previous games in the series. The game was developed by the famous German studio Larian Studios, specializing in creating primarily role-playing games. The official release took place in 2009. The game mechanics are typical for the action/RPG genre. At the beginning of the game, we are asked to choose the gender and class of the character. The appearance settings here are the simplest - hairstyle, hair color, skin and eye color, tattoos or lack thereof. The combat system is somewhat similar to the one we could see in The Gothic series of games. There is a strike, there is a block, and hand-to-hand combat occurs precisely in search of a certain balance between strikes and blocks. You need to adapt to each type of enemy so as not to fall victim to the ossified monotony of combat. Additionally, you can use magical combat spells to hit the enemy from a distance. This is very valuable, because potions for healing health are quite expensive here, at least more expensive than potions for restoring mana (magical energy). And also: • Try yourself as a goblin and a troll in developer mode! • Watch the movie Divinity, included in the game's library! • Solve the problem exactly as your conscience asks you: several answer options and continuation in the style that you choose. The plot tells how Damian breaks out of imprisonment between worlds and goes in search of the one who deprived him of his freedom. Otherwise it's a fairly linear storyline. I would like to note that in its spirit, Divinity II: Developer's Cut clearly resembles the Gothic already mentioned above. Even the main character's basic appearance harkens back to the Nameless One, although, of course, you can always change the appearance settings if you wish. All fans of this genre are strongly recommended to familiarize themselves with this wonderful role-playing game.
