Empire Earth 2 suggests starting with the Stone Age and gradually working your way up to modern times. The game plays in real time, and the path consists of fifteen eras: civilization is improved to supernova technologies. There are many nations to choose from, including the Romans, Americans, British, Turks, Chinese and Germans. The training campaign takes place for the Aztecs who defeated Cortez, and there are also three single-player campaigns: for ancient Korea, medieval Germany and America of the 19th-21st centuries, where people fight with cyborgs and try to avoid nuclear war. Four turning points are separately available - missions with play in turn for each of the warring sides. It all starts with the first city and strategically important buildings. The university accelerates the development of science and education of peasants, the workshop allows you to craft ammunition for the army and equipment, the barracks improves the troops. Points for upgrading citizens are spent on living standards, equipment and education, and then points are accumulated to move to a new location. The arms race reflects the strength of the state by the percentage of development. Spies stage coups against opponents without much damage. Diplomacy allows you to recruit allies and capture competitors, trade with each other, or allow countries to enter your territory for minerals for money. At first everyone is content with iron and coal, then they move on to gas and oil. Monitoring of enemy posts is carried out through the “picture in picture” option: cameras on the map are placed in a separate window. For those players who like a long story in strategy, this game is suitable.
