Max Payne

Max Payne is an action shooter that tells the story of Max Payne. The main character is a drug enforcement agent. Max was framed and accused of killing his own partner. After numerous escapes from the police, he discovered a trail leading to the gang that had previously killed his family. Much emphasis is placed on firefights and combat. During each massacre you will have to use time dilation. By jumping or walking down stairs, you can slow down the world around you. This will give you the opportunity to aim better, dodge shots and enjoy colorful moments. Many levels in the gameplay are corridor ones, you have to look for keys, find secret passages or shoot out with opponents. But there are also rooms where you can go in different ways. The main character is an ordinary person, and this gameplay showed this perfectly. Almost all opponents have greater vitality than the main character. A couple of hits in Max's body means death and replaying the level. There are also enemies who have a large supply of lives due to thick armor. There are also bosses with a lot of HP. Only bullet time helps to survive in gunfights, since in slow motion Max has more opportunities to kill opponents. The slowdown scale will be replenished when killing enemies. The hero is able to perform rolls, making him virtually invulnerable to enemy shots. Before a firefight, you can learn the location of your opponents, plan your attack, and then act, giving you a tactical advantage.
