Red Dead Redemption 2 is a third-person shooter adventure game set in the Wild West in 1899. The action involves the Dutch Van der Linde gang, who are being pursued by law enforcement after a botched ferry robbery. The player will take control of Arthur Morgan, one of the gang members. Some time after a prank gone wrong, the gang decides it's time to retire and live the rest of their lives as ordinary people, not bandits. The time of lawlessness is coming to an end and all participants understand this. One of the main tasks is to collect a large amount of money, which is enough to move to a new place and start a new life. Arthur will have to rob, kill and perform brutal tasks to collect enough funds. The honor scale is an important aspect in the passage. The more good deeds the main character does: helping minor characters, selflessness, etc., the more honor increases. If the main character frequently kills, starts fights, or abuses strangers, then the scale decreases. Thanks to your good reputation, you will be treated well, given discounts in stores, or given unique tasks. If you have a reputation as a bandit, you may be hunted, wanted, and some quests will disappear from view. The gameplay provides complete freedom of action, a huge open world containing more than 15 cities, large locations with winter, tropical and temperate climates. Travel around the area, study or hunt animals, collect plants or look for rare and unique animals. From each killed animal you can get skin and meat of varying quality levels. After the first chapter, a gang camp will be available to you, in which you can invest funds, food, or build new buildings that open up more opportunities. The main character can change clothes, shave, get a haircut and take a bath. In cities and surrounding areas, Arthur will often meet people in need of help. If he helps a stranger, he will receive a plus to his reputation, and if he refuses, he will lose. The gameplay has stunning graphical visualization, freedom of choice and a large number of possibilities. Complete story and side missions, play poker or dominoes, take part in horse races, duels or bets. Morgan can trade by buying what he needs and selling what he doesn't need.
