Rise of Nations Rise of Legends

Rise of Nations Rise of Legends is a strategy game in a fantasy setting with steampunk elements. The action takes place in the fictional world of Ayo, where one day a spaceship fell, dividing the land into three warring continents and factions. The Vinci are a race of steam inventors whose technology is reminiscent of the ideas of Leonardo da Vinci, hence the name of the nation. It reflects Renaissance Italy, and the campaign's protagonist, Giacomo, fights against the tyrant Alessandro. Alinas are oriental magicians, whose image is copied from fairy tales like One Thousand and One Nights. The people live in the desert and fight with giant scorpions, salamanders and dragons, and the army needs to destroy the Dark Glass, generated by the genie Savu. The Quatles are natives under the control of aliens whose shuttle landed in Ayo; their ancestors were the ancient Mayan civilization, and they were named after the god Quetzalcoatl. The Conquest power allows them to extract energy from reactors. Neutral factions with unique units are found in certain locations: they are liberated and made allies. The main center can have six districts - military, trade, palace, magical, industrial and sacred - each increases certain parameters of the city or army. Each race has its own set of troops and heroes with unique abilities. The campaign is represented by a global map with captured and enemy lands, where military, research, wealth and heroes points are scored. There are three scenarios for each faction. This game is suitable for anyone who loves unusual fantasy in strategies.
