Painkiller: Black Edition

Painkiller: Black Edition is a hell of an old-school first-person action game. Daniel Garner dies in an accident and ends up in Purgatory, where he gets a chance at redemption: to destroy the legions of darkness. Twenty-four missions are filled with crowds of evil spirits, liters of blood and non-stop shooting - in the best traditions of classic FPS, but with advanced graphics of its time. The journey leads through medieval castles, mental hospitals, military bases and factories - each level with its own architecture and set of monsters. Eve shows the hero the way, and Lucifer’s generals and tower-sized bosses await ahead. The weapon has alternative modes: the same stake shotgun works both as a machine gun and as a chop for devils.
